DW72HAY needs to be less selfish and show more consideration for other road users. Driving into a service area only for cars, clear signs saying no trucks were ignored. Then taking up over 90% of the car parking spaces with his truck and trailer meaning others could not stop at the services. Those that could had difficulty accessing and leaving the few spaces left as their view was obscured by this large vehicle, meaning some had to be guided out.
